Mr. M K Bhardwaj, learned counsel for applicant submits that in the light of the observations made by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No.9752/2017 dated 19.12.2017, the respondents may consider the claim of the applicant.

2. In view of this submission, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the applicant in the light of the observations made by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No.9752/2017 on 19.12.2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. O.A. No.4596/2017

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the O.A. at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in the event the applicant is aggrieved of the action of the respondents.
