It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the matter relating to revival of the appellant-Company i.e. M/s. Modi Industries Signature Not Verified Ltd. is presently pending before the Appellate Digitally signed by NEETU KHAJURIA Date: 2016.11.10 17:39:21 IST Reason: Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (for short, “the AAIFR”). 2 Learned counsel has further stated that the matter is being heard on day-to-day basis. In these circumstances, we request the AAIFR to complete the hearing and pass orders in the matter as expeditiously as possible.
