25.
If the interest of the subscriber in the family pension fund referred to in Clause (a) (i) of Rule 17 ceases, in whole or part, from any cause whatsoever, the provident fund account of the subscriber shall forthwith be reimbursed by the amount of the refund secured by the subscriber from the family pension fund, which amount shall, in default of reimbursement, be deducted from the subscriber's emoluments in [x x x] [Omitted by Notification No. G-25-31-95-C-IV, dated 1-3-1996.].
