Section 3(j) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
(j)The Company/ Trust / Society shall create an Endowment for Rupees Thirty lakh for the establishment of a Law College. The amount shall be invested in a Nationalized Bank / Government of India or Government of Tamil Nadu Undertaking.
