Section 24(1) in Rajasthan Biological Diversity Rules, 2010
(1)At the level of local body, the local biodiversity fund shall be constituted. The Board shall provide to the local body any loan or grant received by its from State Government, Central Government or from the Authority for the purpose of the Act. The local body can also access such funds from other sources as it identifies or as specified by the Board.
