Section 227 in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
227. Ambulance Van.
- The employer shall ensure at construction site of a building or other construction work that an ambulance van is provided at such construction site or an arrangement is made with a nearby hospital for providing such ambulance van for transportation of serious cases of accident or sickness of the building workers to the hospital promptly and such ambulance van is maintained in good repair and is equipped with standard facilities specified in Schedule V annexed to these rules.
