68. Local investigation.
- In any industrial dispute in which the Labour Court deems a local investigation to be requisite or proper for the purpose of commuting the money value of a benefit the Labour Court may issue a commission to a person referred to in Rule 66 directing him to make such investigation and to report thereon to it.
