Section 106(2) in Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958
(2)As order of the Tahsildar or the Tribunal awarding possession or restoring the possession or use of any land shall be executed in the manner provided in Section 21 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 (Bombay II of 1906), as if it was the decision of the Tahsildar under the said Act:Provided that, such order shall not be executed till the expiry of the period of appeal as provided in Section 114.
