Section 2(a) in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2018
(a)"Amenity" includes roads, streets, sub-ways, lightings, drainage, sanitation, electricity and water supplies or other conveniences, public works, market places, hospitals, dispensaries, libraries, recreation centers, service stations of any public utility service authorized by the Authority or other facility; and such other amenities as the State Government may by the notification specify;
