Section 4(1) in Gujarat Consumer Protection Rules, 1988
(1)For the purpose of analysis or test, the District Forum shall obtain from the complainant a sample of the goods in clean, dry container with tight stopper, cover or lid properly fixed on them. If necessary the District Forum may direct the complainant to provide more than one sample of the goods.
