The said report discloses the details of terminally ill prisoners confined to prisons.
A copy of the report has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.
2A request has also been made by the counsel for the State for short adjournment on the ground that the matter is to be argued by the learned Advocate General who is in personal difficulty today.
Learned counsel appearing for the High Court Administration has informed that in pursuance to the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court all the decisions of High Powered Committee have been uploaded in the website of this Court.
Amicus curiae is required to cull out the issues involved in these matters and file a copy of the same in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 10th November, 2021.
