(1)Polluting substances like solid or liquid sewage, poisonous, noxious or polluting liquid discharge from any or during any manufacturing process or of any other source shall not be discharged into water course, lake, tank, river, sea-water unless the same are properly treated to the satisfaction of the Sanitary Authority.(2)The substances mentioned in sub-rule (1) above shall be discharged only after obtaining No Objection Certificate from the Sanitary Authority.
