Section 32 in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972
32. Cost of consolidation operation.
(1)The State Government may recover as they may fix from the land owners of the Unit towards the cost of the operations conducted under this Act:Provided that the aforesaid amount shall not be fixed at a rate exceeding ten rupees per acre and shall be recovered in five equal annual instalments.(2)An amount payable as costs under this section shall be recoverable as a public demand.
