94. Appeal against Registrar's refusal to register.
(1)An appeal of the State Council against a refusal by the Registrar to register the name or any title or qualification of any person on the register of dentists shall be in writing and shall state the grounds on which registration is declined, the names of the qualifications and the dates on which and the authorities from whom they were received.(2)The date on which the appeal is to be taken by the State Council shall be intimated to the applicant. The appellant shall also be allowed, if he choose to represent his case before the State Council either by himself or by his advocate.
