Section 8(5) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(5)The Government may, where action has not been taken by the University to the satisfaction of the Government within the time limit fixed, after considering any explanation furnished or representation made by the University, issue such directions as the Government may think fit and the University shall comply with such directions.
