Section 20(2) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(2)The Jharkhand Government [or the Board] [Substituted by Act 60 of 1982.] may appoint Engineers and provide such other technical services as it may consider necessary for the efficient working of the market.
