Section 20 in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
20. Certification of embryo transfer technology or in-vitro fertilization worker.
- The trained embryo transfer technology or in-vitro fertilization workers shall be registered and certified by the Animal Breeding Regulatory Authority in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
