9. Appeal against the order under section 8.
- Any person aggrieved by the order of the District Registrar made under section 8 may, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, appeal against such order to the Registrar-General and the decision of the Registrar- General on such appeal shall be final and thereupon the Registrar shall act in conformity with such decision.
