Section 28(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)Every society shall keep open to inspection for its members free of any charge, at all reasonable times at the registered address of the society-(a)a copy of this Act;(b)a copy of the rules;(c)a copy of the bye-laws of the society; and(d)a register of members.(e)the last audited annual balance sheet, the profit and loss account; and(f)the minutes of the general meetings.
