Section 7 in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
7. Delegation of Powers.
- The Authority may delegate any of their powers to the [District Division and Mandal level] [Substituted 'District and Mandal level' by Act No. 6 of 2004, dated 11.8.2004.] authorities or any Department or Officer of the Government or Local Bodies for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
