Section 58(1) in Chit Funds (Rajasthan) Rules, 1989
(1)An appeal under Section 70 or sub-section (1) and (20 of section 74 shall be either presented in person or sent by Registered post to the State Government or to such officer or authority (hereinafter referred to appellate authority) as may be empowered by notification in the official Gazette by the Statement in that behalf.
