05/16.06.2023 This writ petition is against the order dated 03.08.2010 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Sahibganj in C. Case No.171 of 2008.
The private respondent, i.e., respondent no.1 has appeared, as would appear from the Vakalatnama filed on 14.08.2012 but the counsel representing the private respondent since has elevated as Judge of this Court, therefore, let fresh notice be issued upon respondent no.1, for which, requisites etc. under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D must be filed within one week.
