19. Ord. 7 of 2021.
(1)The Essential Defence Services Ordinance, 2021is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.————ANOOP KUMAR MENDIRATTA,Secretary to the Govt. of India.
