Section 14 in The Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961
14. Hours of work for adolescents employed as motor transport workers.—
No adolescent shall be employed or required to work as a motor transport worker in any motor transport undertaking—(a)for more than six hours a day including rest interval of half-an-hour;(b)between the hours of 10 P.M. and 6 A.M.
