Section 14 in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
14. Direction by Government.
- Government may, from time to time, issue policy directions as deemed necessary to the clearance authorities for the prose of carrying out the objective of this Act and the concerned clearance Authority shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
