Section 11(2) in The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973
(2)Where any person, on whom notice under sub-section (1) has been served, fails to furnish the return or the additional particulars, as the case may be, within the time specified in that notice or within the further time allowed by the authorised officer under the said sub-section, the authorised officer may obtain the necessary information in such manner as he thinks fit either by himself or through any other agency.
