Section 8(1) in The Punjab Security of State Act, 1953
(1)Whoever, without lawful authority,(a)has in his possession, or(b)carries for delivery to another person otherwise than through the post,any document the importation of which has been prohibited under the Sea Customs Act, 1878, or in respect of which an order of forfeiture has been made under any law for the time being in force, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
