Section 25(1) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
(1)The Veterinary Officer may, by order, require any person keeping a bull which in his opinion, has attained the prescribed age and in respect of which there is no licence for the time being in force to have to it castrated in the manner specified in the order within one month from the date of the service of the order.
