Section 36 in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
36. Savings.
- All lawful actions taken or purported to have been taken by a Sports Association under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) prior to the commencement of this Ordinance shall be deemed to have been taken by virtue of its being registered as a Sports Association under this Ordinance.
