Order No. 11.09.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to register his complaint dated 08.08.2025 under Annexure-1.
3. According to Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the complaint though has been lodged on 08.08.2025, no action was taken thereupon, for which the Petitioner brought the aforesaid inaction of the Police before the S.P., Puri and D.G.P., Odisha. However, no action has yet been taken thereafter.
4. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the I.I.C., Pipili is directed to examine the report and in the event any case is made out therefrom, to register the same and to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the Complaint.
5. The CRLMP accordingly stands disposed of.
