Section 172(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)If, at any time, it appears to the State Government that the Development Authority has made default in performing any duty including the duty in relation to the Development Fund, imposed on it by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force, the State Government may, by order in writing, fix a period for due performance of such duty.
