19. Cost of investigation of schemes.
- The cost of investigation of any scheme undertaken by the Board either at the instance of the Government or a local authority shall be borne by the local authority concerned. In case where the investigation is undertaken for more than one local authority, the cost of such investigation shall be borne by the local authorities concerned in such proportion as may be determined by the Board.
