(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the manner in which the Bihar Fire Service shall be constituted and the number of officers and men such service shall consist of under Section 3; and(b)the nature of notice to be given under sub-section (2) of Section 14.
