Section 78(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(5)The juvenile or the child, who is a foreign national, shall be repatriated, at the earliest, to the country of his origin in coordination with the respective Embassy or High Commission through Ministry of External Affairs.
