13. Management of private schools
(1) No private school shall be managed and run by any person other than an educational agency. The Government shall prescribe the procedure for registration of educational agencies.(2)Every educational agency shall appoint a Manager to look after day-to-day running an administration of the school managed and run by such educational agency.
