06. 1. The Registry has placed on record the communication from the Department of Post Customer Care office, Senior Postmaster, Cuttack GPO. dated 03.02.2025 marked as Flag-D. The said letter encloses the letter dated 27.09.2024 issued by the office of the Senior Postmaster, Cuttack GPO which indicates the following:
"... In response to your letters under reference, this is to intimate that the aforesaid case was forwarded to the Incharge 1CBPO, C/O-56 APO, New Delhi for enquiry on dtd 12.09.2024 as the addressee in question is servicing in Army Postal Service. The Mail Superintendent 1 CBPO, C/O-56 APO has intimated that the registered letter no.RO143868153IN addresses to Sri Pravat Kumar Dora, has been delivered on 18 March, 2024. A copy letter of CR-1/RI-CPT/I & R/CC-4 dated 19.09.2024, Mail Supdt, 1 CBPO is sent h/w for kind information. ..."Page 1 of 2
2. In view of the service of notice on Sri Pravat Kumar Dora, respondent on 18.03.2024. The matter shall proceed for further hearing on 12.08.2025. Copy of this order along with the communication receipt from the Senior Postmaster, Cuttack GPO referred above shall be forwarded to the Commanding Officer, 18 th Battalion, BIHAR REGIMENT, C/o.56 APO, Pin-910518.
The Commanding Officer is requested to take steps through his office personnel for service of copy of this order along with the other annexures to the respondent, Sri Pravat Kumar Dora. Copy of the order and annexures containing acknowledgement by Sri Pravat Kumar Dora through the office of the Commanding Officer shall be sent back to the Registry for the purpose of record.
3. The Registry shall forward two copies of the order and other annexures to the Commanding Officer to do the needful through his office.
4. Call this matter on 26.08.2025.
