Section 57(b) in The Rajasthan Revenue Courts Manual, 1956
(b)without such limits but at a place less than 50 miles or where there is a railway or other public conveyance for 5/6ths of the distance between the place where he resides and the place where the court is situated, a less than 300 miles distance from the court house.
