Section 98(1) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer or employee of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
