1. By this appeal the appellant challenges the order dated 7th January, 2022 whereby the time for filing the charge-sheet was extended for a further period of 90 days in terms of the provisions of MCOCA.

3. Learned APP for the State points out that the appellant has already challenged this order dated 7th January, 2022 and seeks statutory bail for default in filing the charge-sheet within the stipulated period.
