Section 262(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)No person who is suffering from a dangerous disease shall enter, or cause or permit himself to be carried in a public conveyance, nor shall any other person knowingly cause or permit a person in his charge and suffering from a dangerous disease or the dead body of any person who has died from such disease to be carried in a public conveyance without -(a)previously notifying to the owner, driver, or person in charge of such conveyance that he is so suffering, and(b)taking proper precautions against the spreading of such disease.
