Section 36 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
36. Officers to act subject to orders of Government.
- All officers shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred and imposed on them by or under this Act, in accordance with such orders, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as the State Government may from time to time make.
