Section 80(1) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(1)No unnecessary combustible material shall be allowed within the enclosure, and as far as possible all necessary combustible material, film and other like materials when not in use, shall be kept in fire-proof receptacles suitable for the purpose.
