Section 122(c) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(c)a loaded wheel barrow placed directly on a platform of a hoist for raising or lowering of such wheel barrows is so secured that such wheel barrows can not move and such platform is enclosed to prevent the fall of the contents kept in such wheel barrows;
