INTERIM ORDER in Case No. CIC/AT/C/2008/00668 Appellant Smt. Shri Budhani Bhuia Vs. Respondents CMPF & ECL Hearing held on 13.1.2009 The interim order of the Commission is as follows:
"This matter came up for hearing on 13.1.2009 following the Commission's notice dated 3.12.2008. Appellant was absent whereas the Respondents viz. Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization (CMPFO) and Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) were represented by their officers.
2. Commission through its decision No. CIC/AT/A/2008/00602 dated 19.11.2008 had directed the AA, CMPFO to hold an enquiry in the matter and submit a report to the Commission within six weeks.
3. During the hearing today, CPIO, CMPFO has submitted a written request dated 2.1.2009 of AA, seeking six weeks more time to complete the enquiry in this matter.
4. Granted.
5. CPIO, CMPFO is directed to file a chronology of events relating to appellant's RTI-application dated 24/26.12.2007.
6. Matter adjourned to next date."
