Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Fund Audit Rules, 2016
(1)The Director or such other officer appointed by the Government under section 3 of the Act shall audit or cause to be audited, the accounts of a local authority or other authorities or local fund in the manner provided in the Act by the auditor authorized by him.
