Section 18(4) in Assam Ganja and Bhang Prohibition Act, 1958
(4)The duties to be performed by the State Prohibition Council and the Prohibition Committees and the relation between the Council and the Committees and the relation of such Committees to the Council shall be such as may be prescribed.
