Section 23(xii) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
(xii)to frame rules relating to the courses of Post-graduate Studies and the division of subjects in regard thereto including inter disciplinary or multidisciplinary integrated courses in selected subjects and to recommend to the Executive Council the making of regulations in this regard;
