Section 68 in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
68. Proceedings in arbitration.
The proceeding in arbitration under this Chapter shall be in accordance withthe provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1940, in so far as they are applicable and the powers which are exercisable by a Civil Court under the said provisions, shall be exercisable by a Labour Court and the Industrial Court.
