Section 1(113) in The Calcutta Metro Railway General Rules, 2000
(113)"Traffic Controller" means a Metro Railway servant on duty who is for the time being responsible for regulating the working of traffic on a section of the Metro Railway with or without the centralised traffic control system and the ATS system.
