(4)The applicants of the proposed society shall also intimate while presenting the application for registration, the name and address of one of the applicant designated by them for being given opportunity of hearing as provided in sub-section (2) of section 6 or to whom correspondence before the registration of the society, if any, may be addressed by the Registrar.
